Use this legend while reviewing GUI output tables.

status

  • assembled -> green
  • singlets_only -> yellow
  • cap3_no_output -> orange
  • pair_missing -> red
  • overlap_* -> light blue

trace_qc

  • PASS -> green
  • WARN -> yellow
  • FAIL -> red
  • NA -> gray
